COMMUNICATION
Various modes of communication are used to reach potential biogas clients. In all our communications, we have contact numbers for the key people and our call centre. When calls are made, the nearest BCE is sent to visit the potential client to carry out what we call Site Visitation or Siting. He agrees with the client the suitable location of the plant.

BILLS OF QUANTITIES
Bills of Quantities are given to the client based on the plant size, the excavation area is measured and excavation starts.

EXCAVATION
On completion of the excavation, the trained and certified Masons construct the plant, and before they leave the sight, a supervisor visits to ensure that the construction was done according to the set quality guidelines.

TRAINING
Basic user training is given to the client on how to feed the plant, what to feed in, how to mix the dung with the water, how to operate the accessories, how to clean the place especially where the Bio-slurry flows out and how to apply the bio-slurry in the gardens (extension).
